01Using ISOCheck
These terms apply to the ISOCheck website and workspace provided by Grey Meta. By creating an account or ordering an assessment after being shown these terms, you agree to them. If you act for a business, you must have authority to do so. Contact info@greymeta.com.au with questions before ordering.
The scope and price displayed for your order, these terms, and the Cancellations and Refunds Policy describe your assessment service. An expressly agreed written variation applies to the matter it covers. Nothing here overrides rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
02What the service provides
ISOCheck assesses readable documents against the criteria confirmed for your selected standards and scope. AI Rapid Check uses automated analysis and validation; findings may be held for human review. Consultant review includes a Grey Meta reviewer’s assessment before release. AI processing is used in both tiers.
Reports are limited to the information supplied and the stated scope. They do not include a site inspection, interviews or independent verification of the authenticity of every record unless separately agreed. Missing evidence does not, by itself, establish that your business is non-compliant.
ISOCheck does not issue ISO certification or accreditation, guarantee certification or an audit result, or replace advice from a qualified legal, safety, technical or certification professional. You remain responsible for operational decisions and meeting obligations that apply to your business.
03Accounts and your responsibilities
Provide accurate account and assessment details, protect your sign-in credentials, and only invite people authorised to use your business workspace. Notify us of suspected account misuse. Account owners and administrators are responsible for reviewing their team’s access.
Supply evidence you have permission to share and check its extracted text before submission. Follow the AI and Acceptable Use Policy. Do not use ISOCheck to falsify evidence, misrepresent certification, access another business’s records, or interfere with the service.
04Scope, fees and delivery
Fees are per assessment in Australian dollars. The selected standards, tier and organisation complexity determine the price. The total including applicable GST is shown before payment. Requested standards must have confirmed assessment criteria before checkout. Changes to a paid scope require agreement and may require a new quote.
Payment is processed through Stripe. An assessment starts once payment is confirmed and complete evidence has been submitted. The advertised targets are 24 hours for AI Rapid Check and five days for consultant review; the current five-day target means 120 elapsed hours. These targets depend on complete inputs and any review needed to deliver a reliable report.
If delivery is delayed, contact us for an updated status or resolution. Delivery targets do not limit your rights where a service is not provided within an agreed or reasonable time. Submissions are locked after checkout begins to preserve the evidence used; contact us if a material correction is needed.
05Your material and reports
You retain rights in the material you submit. You authorise Grey Meta and its service providers to process, store and reproduce it as needed to deliver, support and review your assessment and meet legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Grey Meta and its licensors retain rights in the application, templates, assessment methodology and other pre-existing materials. You may use and share your report for your business’s compliance preparation, including with advisers or auditors, while preserving its context, limitations and attribution. Do not present it as a certification certificate or alter it to misrepresent the findings.
Purchasing an assessment does not grant a licence to reproduce an ISO standard. Only upload licensed standards text where your licence permits the proposed use, including processing by external AI providers.
06Service problems and legal rights
AI output can contain errors. Check findings against the cited evidence and raise errors with us. We will assess reported problems and provide an appropriate remedy where the service has not met your order or applicable legal requirements.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Refunds, cancellation and remedies are covered in our Cancellations and Refunds Policy.
07Suspension, closure and changes
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, a material breach of these terms or an immediate security risk. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve it. Contact us to request closure or access to your records. Suspension does not remove any refund rights for services not supplied.
Updates apply prospectively. Material changes to an existing paid order require agreement or another lawful basis; publishing new terms does not retrospectively change that order. Contact info@greymeta.com.au first to seek resolution of a dispute. You may also use applicable consumer, privacy or court processes.
08Who operates this service
ISOCheck is operated by Grey Meta, trading as Grey Meta, ABN 92 917 977 661. This is the supplier identified on ISOCheck tax invoices and the entity responsible for this policy.
