Does an ISOCheck report certify my business?
No. ISOCheck is a gap analysis and preparation service. Certification is issued by an accredited certification body after its own audit.
How do Rapid Check and consultant review differ?
Rapid Check is an AI document assessment returned in about 24 hours. Consultant review adds Grey Meta validation before the report is released, typically within five days.
Which standards can I assess?
ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 27001 are enabled for paid assessments. Other ISO standards can be requested and are confirmed before checkout.
How does the AI assessment work?
ISOCheck uses a two-pass workflow. An auditor model assesses your evidence against the approved criteria, then a challenger pass checks citations, consistency and conclusions before the result is released or referred for consultant review.
How many AI models review an assessment?
The current live pipeline uses two specialised model passes: auditor and challenger. They may use the same configured foundation model or separate configured models, but they perform different review roles.
Does AI make the certification decision?
No. ISOCheck provides a document-based readiness and gap assessment. It does not certify your management system, and the AI does not replace an accredited certification-body audit.
What evidence can I upload?
Upload relevant policies, procedures, registers, plans, audit records, training records and operational evidence. PDF, Word, text and supported image files can be added to the private evidence workspace.
What does the documentation checklist include?
It identifies documents to create or strengthen, the clauses they address, questions each document should answer, records to retain and the practical qualities used during assessment.
Can I see which evidence supports a finding?
Yes. Findings can include excerpts from the submitted documents, the source document name, the relevant clause, priority and a recommended next action.
Can I download my results?
Yes. Completed assessments provide a workbook, a printable report and a checklist export so you can allocate owners, due dates and follow-up work outside ISOCheck if needed.
How long are uploaded documents retained?
You choose the available retention period for assessment evidence. Completed reports are retained separately, and deleting submitted evidence does not remove the delivered report.
Can several people use the same business workspace?
Yes. Account owners and administrators can invite team members. Roles control who can view assessments, update evidence and manage the team.
Will ISOCheck write our procedures for us?
No. ISOCheck identifies what documentation is missing or needs strengthening and explains what it should address. Preparing, approving and operating those documents remains your organisation's responsibility.
Is a low readiness score a failure?
No. It is a starting point based on the evidence supplied. The checklist and findings are designed to turn that result into a prioritised improvement plan.
What happens when the AI is uncertain?
Unsupported citations, material inconsistencies, high-risk conclusions and consultant-tier assessments can be held for human review rather than automatically released.
